With renewed zest for the kitschy curling club that
has been the home for the last two years of Beautiful
House events, we are pleased to announce Sunlight,
our first of a few events scheduled for 2003 including
CAMP,
an outdoor camping trip.
We hope, like us, you've missed that kitschy space
and the warm and friendly atmosphere we strive to
create and hope to see you soon as we showcase more
musicians and artists with a beautiful vibe for your
soul.
IN OTHER NEWS:
We are continuing to book bands at Hudson's
Landing Pub on Saturdays. The experience has nurtured
many of the friendships we've made with local singer
songwriters while giving James a chance to explore
new territory as a booking agent on a more regular
basis. James has also been honing his soundman skills
and busy pitching web sites and web hosting to musicians
for his company, Magnetude
Media while Shainin has been able to focus on
her growing clothing design company, SoulDaisy.
With her Spring/Summer collection out of the way and
hitting stores all across Canada and the US, the time
is right for another BH.
It's been a good breather and we're super glad to
be back. It takes a tremendous amount of time and
energy to plan, promote and hold an event at the curling
club and as always, we hope you can help promote and
support this little thing we call BH.
