Joellel
Lush
Jazz
Vocalist, Joellel Lush, has been singing and performing
solo and in church choirs since she was a young girl
growing up in Newfoundland.
Born in Ontario, Joellel has spent most of her life
on the east coast where she attended Saint Francis
Xavier University in Nova Scotia studying jazz and
performing in musicals and dinner theatre in various
ensembles. Joellel moved to Vancouver in 1996 and
continues to perform in musical theatre and regularly
at 10th Avenue Church.
Now 24, she hopes to be able to perform throughout
her life as she enjoys communicating with her audience
knowing that she is making them feel good about her
music. She also plays drums and "a bit of piano".
